Defense, Diversity, and the China Threat

How “woke” experiments endanger our Armed Forces.

The FBI raid on Donald Trump’s estate has temporarily pushed the China threat out of the headlines. But, of course, the threat is still there and so is the question of how to respond to it. Teddy Roosevelt said that when dealing with hostile foreign powers one should “speak softly and carry a big stick.” In other words, don’t provoke your enemies, but let them know that you possess sufficient fire power and personnel to handle any situation that may arise. Roosevelt decidedly did not say, “shout loudly and carry a small twig.” But there is a danger that some people, both in and out of government, may fall into the trap of thinking that tough talk by itself is a sufficient response.

Of course, I exaggerate when I use the term “a small twig.” The U.S. still possesses a formidable military. But there is evidence that, in comparison to China, it is no longer as formidable as it once was.

An article on missile defense systems in the March issue of National Defense outlines the problem. It points out that in 2020, the Peoples Liberation Army (PLA) began fielding hypersonic weapon systems “with a high level of maneuverability” that makes it difficult for traditional missiles to defend against them.

Moreover, the PLA strategy “focuses on using offensive strikes to gain a military advantage at the beginning of a conflict.” According to Timothy Walton, a fellow at the Hudson Institute’s Center for Defense Concepts and Technology, “they [the PLA] talk about conducting preventative attacks…and preemptive attacks of various kinds.”

What does that mean? The answer, in two words, is “Pearl Harbor.” More precisely, it means simultaneous surprise attacks on multiple targets. [ READ MORE ]

The FBI’s Gestapo Tactics: Hallmarks of an Authoritarian Regime

The Constitution doesn’t stand a chance against a federalized, globalized standing army of government henchmen protected by legislative, judicial and executive branches that are all on the same side, no matter what political views they subscribe to.

With every passing day, the United States government borrows yet another leaf from Nazi Germany’s playbook: Secret police. Secret courts. Secret government agencies. Surveillance. Censorship. Intimidation. Harassment. Torture. Brutality. Widespread corruption. Entrapment. Indoctrination. Indefinite detention.

These are not tactics used by constitutional republics, where the rule of law and the rights of the citizenry reign supreme. Rather, they are the hallmarks of authoritarian regimes, where secret police control the populace through intimidation, fear and official lawlessness on the part of government agents.

That authoritarian danger is now posed by the FBI, whose love affair with totalitarianism began long ago. Indeed, according to the New York Times, the U.S. government so admired the Nazi regime that following the second World War, it secretly and aggressively recruited at least a thousand Nazis, including some of Hitler’s highest henchmen as part of Operation Paperclip. American taxpayers have been paying to keep these ex-Nazis on the U.S. government’s payroll ever since.

If the government’s covert, taxpayer-funded employment of Nazis after World War II weren’t bad enough, U.S. government agencies—the FBI, CIA and the military—adopted many of the Third Reich’s well-honed policing tactics, and have used them against American citizens.

Pennsylvania High School to Host ‘After School Satan Club’ Event

The Satanic Temple (TST) is planning on hosting an “After School Satan Club” back-to-school event at a Pennsylvania high school next month.

On Tuesday, Officials from Northern York County School District approved the event to be hosted at Northern High School in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, Fox 43 reported.

Dillsburg is the same town where a local school board shot down TST from hosting an “After School Satan Club” event at an elementary school in April, Breitbart News reported at the time.

Parents and residents expressed their staunch opposition to the organization hosting an event in the community back in April. “They already took God out of schools now they’re going to let Satan in, it’s just crazy,” said Perry County Resident Jennifer McAllister back in April, according to Fox 34.

“There is a lot of evil already in this world, so to allow it to come into our school and our community is not OK,” another parent, Laura Vangeli, said at the time via WHP. [ READ MORE ]

Outrageous! Person chosen to lead 87,000 new IRS agents will make your blood boil

'We will be moving quickly with our work'

The IRS official chosen to lead the new "centralized office" featuring the nearly 87,000 new employees funded in President Biden's Inflation Reduction Act was involved in the agency's targeting of conservative groups that opposed Barack Obama's reelection in 2012.

Nikole Flax served as the chief of staff for then acting IRS Commissioner Stephen Miller, who was fired amid a cover-up of the scandal. When Republican lawmakers sought communications related to the scandal in an investigation, Flax's emails were among those the agency claimed were lost in a computer hard-drive crash. The IRS, the lawmakers charged, was attempting to "cover up the fact that it conveniently lost key documents in the investigation. [ READ MORE ]

'Disgusting': Former Fox producer drops bombshell on news network

'They're not on our side when it comes to this issue. They're cowards'

A former news producer at Fox says she's "enraged" by "disgusting" behavior by the network in connection with its paid promotion of COVID vaccines and deceiving viewers about mandates to get the shot.

Breanna Morello says she left Fox when the corporation forced employees to receive COVID vaccines, and she dropped a bombshell as she claimed Fox Corporation was paid by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to promote the jabs on the air.

"Many people at Fox were upset. Nobody wants to talk about it," Breanna Morello told David and Stacey Whited at FlyoverConservatives.com. "But the company did take HHS money and in fact did force us to comply with the vaccine mandates that were already deemed illegal by the Supreme Court when Joe Biden tried implanting them."

She noted Tucker Carlson is finally starting to question the official, pro-vaccine government narrative, but says it's "almost too late." [ READ MORE ]

U.S. city to 'investigate and punish those who dare to voice opposing views'

'Government has no right to simply penalize speech with which it disagrees'

City officials in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who recently adopted a pro-LGBT agenda point by banning "counseling" that seeks to "change" a person's sexual orientation, are being warned they can get in trouble for it.

Constitutional trouble.

Planned Parenthood is spending $50 million to buy election results

'We will be clear about who' is for abortion

Following the Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade in June, Planned Parenthood is preparing for battle, and it’s ready to use a significant war chest to influence the outcome of upcoming elections.

According to the Associated Press, Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion chain, is prepared to spend $50 million before the November midterm elections. It is the abortion giant’s largest spending record, breaking the $45 million it previously spent in 2020. It will allegedly be focusing on voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, hoping to gain pro-abortion allies in government, senate, and congressional races.

FBI Does Not Deny It Warned Facebook of Imminent ‘Dump’ of ‘Russian Propaganda’ Before Hunter’s Laptop Story Broke

The FBI on Friday did not deny it warned Facebook of the imminent “dump” of “Russian propaganda” before the story of Hunter Biden’s laptop broke in the 2020 election cycle.

The agency did, however, try and distance itself from the Facebook actions the bureau fueled. NBC News reported the FBI admitted the bureau did provide “companies with ‘foreign threat indicators’ to help protect their platforms and customers, but that it ‘cannot ask, or direct, companies to take action on information received.'” [ READ MORE ]

FBI Downplays Zuckerberg’s Admission Feds Ordered Censorship of Hunter Biden Laptop Story

The FBI acknowledged in a statement to NBC News on Friday that it gave companies “foreign threat indicators” to help protect their platforms and customers, but that it “cannot ask, or direct, companies to take action on information received.” “The FBI routinely notifies U.S. private sector entities, including social media providers, of potential threat information, so that they can decide how to better defend against threats,” the agency said.

Likewise, Meta released a statement Friday on Twitter claiming the FBI did not specifically warn Facebook about Hunter Biden, but that it provided more broad “warnings about foreign interference.”

Ex-FBI Boss Shreds Trump Search Warrant: Feds ‘Going to Regret This’

"There was no need for law enforcement involvement in this. And there was certainly no need for an invasive search for the residence," says former Assistant Director Kevin Brock.

The FBI’s former intelligence director says the bureau appears to have failed to meet the probable cause threshold needed to lawfully search former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

Retired Assistant Director Kevin Brock, a 30-year veteran agent who rose in the ranks to become the bureau’s first intelligence chief under Director Robert Mueller, said the FBI should never have initiated a criminal investigation into Trump’s records dispute with the National Archives and Registration Agency.

Fmr. Afghan Interpreter Left Behind in 2021: I Wouldn’t Have Helped U.S. if I Knew How Much It Would Endanger My Family

During portions of an interview aired on Friday’s “NBC Nightly News,” an Afghan man who NBC News Chief Washington Correspondent and Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Andrea Mitchell said worked as a translator for the State Department and U.S. military for 12 years and still has some relatives in Afghanistan said that if he knew he’d be putting his family at risk by working for the U.S., he wouldn’t have worked for the United States to begin with.

Mitchell said the man was left behind during the evacuation in 2021, but did reach the U.S. with some of his relatives last month and “spent ten months hiding from the Taliban, moving his family from house to house every three days, and was one of thousands pleading for help.”

The man stated, “One of the mistakes that I made was put[ting] all my family [at] risk. So, if I knew it, I wouldn’t start.”

Mitchell then asked, “You wouldn’t have done this again?”

He responded, “If I anticipated that 12 years ago, I would never have started.”

The man also said that during the evacuation, “When I got to the airport, I showed my passport. I showed my badge. They didn’t accept it. They said no.” And “I was so close to burn[ing] the badge and just going to the Taliban and telling them that I was doing this and [saying,] if you want to kill me, kill me now.”

Woke gender theory embedded in 4,000 American schools

Rebranded Gay-Straight Alliance Network operating as 'clubs'

Parents who wonder how radical gender activism – pushing artificial identities such as "non-binary," "pansexual" and "genderqueer" – entered the schools of their children should take a closer look at an organization that until recently was known as the Gay-Straight Alliance Network.

Now rebranded as the Genders & Sexualities Alliance, GSA operates in more than 4,000 elementary, middle and high schools under the guise of student "clubs," reports Christopher Rufo, who is known for exposing the rise of teaching based on the neo-Marxist Critical Race Theory.

Warning: Your iPhone video of Mt. Rushmore 'could land you in jail'

Foundation warns of court's threat to 1st Amendment

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression has released a statement warning that a new court ruling from the D.C. Circuit Court poses a massive threat to the First Amendment.

And you.

"Visiting D.C.? Planning to take video at the Lincoln Memorial for your YouTube channel? Not so fast. Thanks to the National Park Service and the D.C. Circuit Court, that video on your iPhone could land you in jail if your YouTube viewership generates any revenue," the FIRE statement warns.

The problem comes from a decision in Price v. Garland that affirmed the NPS scheme for requiring people to pay fees and obtain permits if any of their video actually generates revenue, such as on YouTube.

"The court drew a bewildering distinction between the act of filming and other steps in ultimately communicating through film, holding that recording video 'involves merely a noncommunicative step in the production of speech,'" the FIRE reported.

"The court’s conclusion runs counter to decades of case law finding that the process of filmmaking is expressive, and that the First Amendment equally protects the creation and dissemination of speech, both of which are essential for communication." [ READ MORE ]

Yes, Americans making under $400K WILL get audited more by IRS

Congressional Budget Office confirms IRS unleashed won't focus on really wealthy

Despite claims from Biden administration officials that new funding for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will not increase the auditing burden on individuals and small businesses, a Friday letter from the Congressional Budget Office reveals that new auditing activity targeting taxpayers who report less than $400,000 per year will be expected to generate about $4 billion in revenue.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Aug. 10 directed the IRS to not use the $79 billion funding increase granted to the organization in the Inflation Reduction Act to increase the “share of small business or households below the $400,000 threshold that are audited relative to historical levels.” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters “No. Very Clear. No.” when asked if there would be new audits on “anyone” making less than $400,000 per year, and Yellen herself said that “small business[es] or households making less than $400,000 per year will not see an increase in the chances that they are audited,” in the directive’s announcement. Bill Gates Investment Fund Cheers Biden’s $350 Billion in Green Pork

“Almost everyone on the energy committee came over and spent a few hours with me.”

As reported exclusively by Frontpage Magazine, Americans can expect to see their chances of an IRS audit increase fourfold under the Biden-Manchin ‘Inflation Increase Act’. The massive upsurge in IRS enforcement was justified as a way to pay for the massive spending in the bill. Much of that spending consists of green pork for Democrat donors and special interests.

While the media had spent the past month persuading Americans that they will see economic benefits from the green pork, now that the bill was passed through lies and dirty tricks, we know that it offers as much as $350 billion in loans, subsidies and guarantees to green companies.

Overseeing the Department of Energy’s loan program is Jigar Shah: the founder of SunEdison.

SunEdison was one of the biggest of Obama's subsidized green energy bankruptcies, receiving $1.5 billion in government grants and subsidies. Affidavit Focuses on Documents; ‘Classification Markings,’ ‘National Defense Information’

The Department of Justice (DOJ) affidavit seeking the search warrant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raid on former President Donald Trump’s private residence at Mar-a-Lago, Florida, was unsealed by a federal judge Friday afternoon.

The affidavit, signed by a special agent with the FBI, contends that after reviewing 15 boxes of material that Trump handed over voluntarily to the government, the DOJ determined that classified information had not been stored properly and that there might be more of it at Mar-a-Lago. “The FBI’s investigation has established that documents bearing classification markings, which appear to contain National Defense Information (NDI), were among the materials contained in the FIFTEEN BOXES and were stored at the PREMISES in an unauthorized location,” the affidavit said.

“Further, there is probable cause to believe that additional documents that contain classified NDI or that are Presidential records subject to record retention requirements currently remain at the PREMISES. There is also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstmction will be found at the PREMISES.”

One of the government’s concerns was that material in the boxes was poorly organized: [ READ MORE ]

FBI evidence for raid on Trump home? Mostly blacked out

Affidavit adds little to public knowledge about Democrats' agenda against possible 2024 candidate

An affidavit used by the FBI as justification for its unprecedented raid on and search of President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Florida, approved for released by a judge who already is the subject of an ethics complaint for his exhibited "hostility" to Trump, is largely blacked out.

The document was made public on Friday, and supposedly holds the allegations and claims that justified the raid on Trump's private residence, including justification for an FBI search of Melania Trump's clothes closet and a break-in of President Trump's office safe.

Left available for the public to see were segments concerning the "background" of the agents, where minor segments were blacked out, the "source" of the evidence, which an agent claims was based on "my personal knowledge," and "statutory authority and definitions."

Also allegations about "probable cause," a section which describes how Democrats in Washington insist that Trump had "unproperly" identified documents, was available. It confirms that the national Archives agency already had gotten boxes of documents from Trump, and discussions were ongoing for more.

But the next 21 pages are largely black, with only an occasional paragraph left available.

Report: FBI targeting Project Veritas over Ashley Biden's diary

As Congress insists on investigation into investigation

This week two people, Robert Kurlander, 58, and Aimee Harris, 40, pleaded guilty to charges they took a diary that belonged to Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley Biden.

And now a report is warning that the FBI will be going after James O'Keefe's investigative reporting organization, Project Veritas, because it briefly had the diary and, in fact, turned it over the police.

The report at Breitbart said, "The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to use the guilty plea of two defendants Thursday over the theft of Ashley Biden’s diary to pursue journalist James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas, which reportedly gave the diary to law enforcement in 2020."

The theft case defendants purportedly conspired to sell the diary for $40,000.

The diary had been left behind by Ashley Biden when she moved out of the home of a friend in Florida, and the FBI months ago raided O'Keefe's residence and office looking for clues.

At the time, O'Keefe said his organization was not involved in any theft, and obtained the diary legally, only to decide against using any of its revelatory material and instead delivered it to law enforcement.

Deaths among female children increase by 57% immediately after taking COVID vaccine

Risk of young people dying of coronavirus extremely low

Prior to young girls being offered the Covid-19 vaccine, deaths among the age group were in line with the expected five-year average. But an analysis of official data published by the Office for National Statistics shows that deaths among female children increased by 57% immediately after they were first offered the Covid-19 vaccine.

The risk of children dying due to the alleged Covid-19 disease is so extraordinarily low that it is negligible, and this is precisely why the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation refused to recommend that children be offered a Covid-19 injection in the UK, citing that the benefits do not necessarily outweigh the risks. Lawsuit Sheds Light on CDC’s Collusion with Big Tech to Censor Americans

A federal lawsuit filed against the Biden administration alleging public-private collusion that violated the First Amendment rights of American citizens during the coronavirus pandemic is shedding new light on how deeply Big Tech coordinated with the Biden administration to censor public dissent about official pandemic policies.

The lawsuit is brought by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, Eric S. Schmitt (who recently won the Republican nomination to contest Missouri’s upcoming Senate race) and Jeff Landry, respectively.

The lawsuit is joined by scientists and doctors who signed the Great Barrington Declaration, which recommended targeted protection for the most vulnerable during coronavirus, as opposed to society-wide lockdowns and mandates.

Analysis by legal expert Jonathan Turley notes that Twitter was being asked to discuss censoring viewpoints with the government in the same week that its then-CEO, Jack Dorsey, was testifying before Congress that the company did not censor, a request that the company described as “tricky.”

Taxpayers, here's your bill for Biden's student loan forgiveness plan Wharton model: $300 billion

The Biden administration’s move to cancel student debt for certain borrowers could cost taxpayers over $300 billion over the next ten years, according to a Tuesday report by economists at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

The Aug. 23 report, titled “Forgiving Student Loans: Budgetary Costs and Distributional Impact,” was released one day before Biden announced efforts to cancel $10,000 of debt for borrowers making less than $125,000 a year. Biden also announced he would cancel an extra $10,000 of debt for Pell Grant recipients, primarily low-income college students, while extending the pause on student loan repayments to Dec. 31 and capping undergraduate loan repayment at 5% of monthly income – policies that the report did not address. Dems' climate bill overrules Supreme Court on 'greenhouse gases'

Declares carbon dioxide is now 'air pollutant'

The Democrat-led climate bill signed into law Aug. 16 grew the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) authority over energy after the Supreme Court limited it in June, the bill’s text shows, by defining carbon dioxide as an air pollutant.

The court’s decision in West Virginia v. EPA limited the EPA’s regulatory power and found that Congress had not authorized the agency under the Clean Air Act (CAA) to impose greenhouse gas emissions caps under the now-replaced Clean Power Plan to force a national transition away from coal power. Several of the Inflation Reduction Act‘s sections define the term “greenhouse gas” as “the air pollutants carbon dioxide, hydrofluorocarbons, methane, nitrous oxide, perfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride.”

Democrats who contributed to the climate bill and legal experts said it clearly authorizes the EPA to regulate greenhouse gases and push for renewable energy adoption by defining fossil fuel-generated carbon dioxide as an “air pollutant” in an amended Clean Air Act, according to The New York Times.

Rent Problems Escalate For Small Business Owners - 40% Can't Pay

Alignable’s August Rent Report is out today and, unfortunately, rent problems among small businesses (SMBs) have just broken a new record for 2022. Some 40% of small business owners could not pay their August rent on time and in full, up 6% from July. (Prior to this, the highest rent delinquency rate in 2022 was 35%).

Beyond that, the 40% rent delinquency rate is the highest in nearly 18 months, reflecting the all of the forces hindering the recovery of many small businesses. [ READ MORE ]

Biden White House Directly Facilitated FBI Mar-A-Lago Raid

White House was at the 'ignition point' of the investigation, working directly with the DOJ and National Archives to facilitate grand jury panel which led to Mar-a-Lago raid.

While Biden administration officials have repeatedly denied prior knowledge of the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago, journalist John Solomon reveals that the White House was at the ‘ignition point’ of the investigation – working directly with the Department of Justice and National Archives to facilitate the grand jury panel which led to the Aug. 8 raid.

Biden Gifting Ukraine (Another) $3 Billion as Americans Grapple with Food Shortages, Inflation, and a Porous Southern Border

The Biden administration is expected on Wednesday to announce an additional $3 billion in direct military aid for Ukraine.

The gift comes even as Americans continue to suffer from the domestic challenges of food shortages, inflation, gas prices, and a porous southern border flooding the country with almost five million illegal immigrants.

The cash splash funded by U.S. taxpayers comes on Ukraine Independence Day and represents the biggest one-time package to date in the six-month-old war, far exceeding the $1 billion delivery earlier this month.

The Associated Press reports contracts for as many as three types of drones and other weapons, ammunition and equipment will benefit from the funding, even though it may be a year at least until they see the battlefield. [ READ MORE ]

Dark Ages: Millions of Americans can no longer afford to pay their utility bills

'This is the worst crisis that has ever been documented'

At least 20 million American households, or one out of every six homes, are behind on their electricity bills as skyrocketing energy prices persist across the nation, according to Bloomberg.

The energy crisis is causing record numbers of late utility payments among low-income households, resulting in billions of dollars in overdue utility bills, Bloomberg reported, citing data from the National Energy Assistance Directors Association (NEADA). NEADA says this is the worst crisis that the association has ever documented and as a result, some power companies are shutting off customers’ power meaning that many low-income households will lose access to electricity amid rampant heatwaves. Higher education showered Biden, Democrats with millions in campaign cash prior to student loan handout

Democrats have received more than 70% of political donations from higher education since 2002, according to OpenSecrets

The Democratic Party has deep financial ties to colleges, universities and the higher education industry that predate President Biden's $300 billion student loan handout.

The higher education industry funneled tens of millions of dollars into campaign coffers and other Democrats during the 2020 election cycle, as well as in 2022, according to OpenSecrets, a group that tracks money in U.S. politics.

Biden received more than $64.5 million from individuals in higher education during his 2020 presidential campaign, while Democrats as a whole have raked in at least 70% of all political donations from the industry since 2002. [ READ MORE ]

Falling Military Recruitment Is Another Sign of Waning Faith in the Regime

The US Army reports it is having some serious problems when it comes to recruiting new soldiers. Last month, according to the AP: “Army officials … said the service will fall about 10,000 soldiers short of its planned end strength for this fiscal year, and prospects for next year are grimmer.”

Morgues overflow with dead bodies thanks to one gruesome reason

Multiple states resort to extra storage space for fentanyl-overdose victims' remains

Morgues in multiple states have resorted to extra storage space for fentanyl overdose victims’ remains after synthetic opioid deaths continued to surge last year, according to Fox News. Fentanyl overdoses killed over 71,000 people last year following a 1,800% rise in the annual synthetic opioid-related overdose death rate between 2013 and 2020, provisional Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data indicated. Cook County, Illinois, Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Ponni Arunkumar told Fox News opioid-related fatalities, most linked to fentanyl, are outpacing every other type of nonnatural death in the area, and its morgues reportedly require additional space originally prepared for the COVID-19 pandemic.

Modern Information Control: State Intervention and Mistakes to Avoid

Aided by state intervention, disinformation is becoming a way of life in communications

A hundred years of the public interest standard has been applied to radio and television, with the explicit goal of protecting free speech. The very opposite was the case, as John Samples and Paul Matzko have clearly shown.

A 1920–30s radio host, Bob Shuler, had exposed the Julian Petroleum Corporation’s defrauding of investors, and subsequently accused the district attorney and city prosecutor of negligence. Shuler also exposed the Los Angeles mayor’s ties to organized crime. The payment for Shuler’s deeds was the loss of his station. He became the first casualty of “public interest.” The public interest standard was enforced by the Federal Radio Commission (later the Federal Communications Commission). The FRC/FCC used legislation and intimidation to steer public discourses toward the interests of the current administration.

The New Deal–era FCC used its control of limited government licenses to cull anti–National Recovery Administration advertisements. The Yankee Network was one such example. The FCC also targeted their least regulated foe (newspapers) by limiting them to the weaker AM frequencies. [ READ MORE ]

'A mockery': Biden White House 'pushed for criminal probe of Trump'

'The best thinking is that an incumbent president cannot waive the right of the previous president'

Memos obtained by Just the News reveal the Biden White House made "a mockery" of the nation's standards for executive privilege, waiving that protection for President Trump after he left office, and likely pushed for a criminal probe that to date has included an unprecedented FBI raid on Trump's home.

The disturbing details come from memos obtained by the news organization, and when he reviewed some of them, Alan Dershowitz, a longtime Democrat and noted Harvard law professor, warned of the implications for the nation.

He explained the Biden White House's eagerness to waive Trump's executive privilege could create issues in the future.

"The current president should not be able to waive the executive privilege of a predecessor, without the consent of the former president, Otherwise, [privilege] means nothing. What president will ever discuss anything in private if he knows the man who beat him can and will disclose it?" [ READ MORE ]

A court has announced that at least some of the affidavit the FBI used to insist on a public raid of President Donald Trump's home in Florida will be made public, but those details remain yet to be seen.

China in Charge at U.S. Lab

Fauci-funded officials allowed China to destroy files, materials and equipment, without backups.

The Galveston National Laboratory (GNL), part of the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), focuses on “dangerous pathogens” with the “potential to be used as weapons around the world.”

This same GNL signed agreements with three Chinese labs, including the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), that gave China the power to destroy “secret files, materials and equipment, without any backups. “The agreements applied to “all cooperation and exchange documents, data, details and materials,” were renewable every five years, and the confidentiality terms remaining in force even after termination.

As The Epoch Times reports, the UTMB now concedes that officials signed “poorly drafted” agreements, and that the signing could violate Texas law. Also in play are violations of a more serious order.

The Galveston National Lab is a 2008 creation of NIAID, the division of the National Institutes of Health headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci since 1984. Dr. Fauci funded dangerous gain-of-function research, which makes viruses more lethal and transmissible, at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, controlled by Communist China and not accountable to American officials.

Biden Lied, Americans Died

Congressional report exposes Biden's Afghanistan lies.

While Biden's panicked evacuation from Afghanistan was going on, it had failed so badly that staffers from his own wife’s office were contacting private rescue groups to get people out.

This is one of the many damning revelations in the report by Rep. McCaul for the Republican minority on the House Foreign Affairs Committee. The interim report, "A Strategic Failure" was conducted despite every possible effort by the White House and House Democrats to stop it, including blocking information requests and keeping briefings unnecessarily classified. With the revelations that the State Department is actively refusing to cooperate with the Special Inspector General on Afghanistan Reconstruction, this report is more urgent than ever. Forced to rely on personal interviews and public non-classified testimony, the report reveals that Biden had made it a "priority" to maintain an embassy in Kabul even after he had withdrawn the troops and the country was on the verge of falling to the advancing Taliban terror forces. “POTUS was publicly making it clear that this was a priority. Ambassador Wilson began stating that ‘I am maniacal about the Embassy remaining in Kabul,’” a military officer described.

Secretary of State Blinken and other State Department officials in D.C. and in Kabul refused to consider the possibility of a Taliban takeover. Only Blinken and his department could order an evacuation, and they refused to seriously plan for one until a week before the fall of Kabul.

Dems Weaponize the IRS to Silence Critics

The Left's hit squad magnifies.

The public should be frightened that Democrats are passing new legislation to weaponize the already abusive Internal Revenue Service.

For nearly a century, the IRS has been used by presidents and members of Congress to harass and incriminate political foes. In addition to collecting revenue to fund the government, the IRS is a hit squad that destroys reputations and criminalizes dissenters.

A lot of pain can be inflicted under the guise of tax “auditing.” The bill passed by Congress last week, erroneously labeled the Inflation Reduction Act, will mean more audits and investigations. The bill roughly doubles funding for the IRS enforcement division, adding an estimated 49,600 agents and auditors.

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden is starving the Defense Department, requesting too little funding to even keep up with inflation, despite Russian and Chinese aggression. Yet his bill will make the IRS three-quarters the size of the U.S. Marine Corps. Who’s Biden making war on?

'Tipping' the vote: Election interference now 'institutionalized' by Postal Service

'Investigating after the fact won't change results'

Election interference was essentially allowed to run rampant during the 2020 presidential election. Ballot drop boxes, mailed ballots, nursing home workers filling out ballots for incapacitated residents, all were part of the problem.

Now a report from Chuck DeVore at the Federalist says the interference agenda has been "institutionalized."

That's because the U.S. Postal Service has announced a new "Election and Government Mail Services division," that will be set up.

"Starbucks recently asked the National Labor Relations Board to suspend all pending and ongoing votes to unionize at its U.S. stores due to concerns stemming from mail-in ballots. The franchise’s objections once again raise questions about the credibility of election systems that rely on mail-in ballots," DeVore explained.

But "how much more with the American electoral process? With hundreds of millions of dollars of campaign material and increasing numbers of ballots in the mail, postal efficiency and honesty are becoming increasingly vital to free and fair elections."

The move immediately raised suspicions because as Hillary Clinton-linked lawyer Marc Elias immediately boasted about the development. [ READ MORE ]

'There were many sins': U.S. evacuated 1,450 kids from Afghanistan without parents

Kamala Harris, Jill Biden sought help from 'private veteran groups' on evacuations

The frantic and deadly U.S. evacuation from Afghanistan was so disorganized that 1,450 children were evacuated without their parents, and senior leaders in Vice President Kamala Harris’ and first lady Jill Biden’s offices, as well as one of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, asked private veteran groups for assistance evacuating certain people from the country.

In the waning days of the evacuation, more than 1,000 women and girls waited more than 24 hours on dozens of buses, desperately circling the Kabul airport and trying to avoid Taliban checkpoints. Many of them were told multiple times they were not allowed to enter the airport. Now, nearly a year since the Taliban took control of the country, fewer than one-third of them have managed to flee the country.

These are just some of the findings in a new report by Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee one year after the Taliban swept into the Afghan capital of Kabul, almost instantly rolling back more than two decades of U.S. and NATO military support and nation-building efforts. 'Ripple effect': U.S. military families pay for Biden's botched Afghanistan exit

'The heartbreak of the surrender continues every day for American soldiers'

The Biden administration has yet to account for the effects of the suicide bombing at an airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Aug. 26, 2021 that killed 13 U.S. soldiers and is still taking a toll on those left behind, family members and experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Dakota Halverson, 29, committed suicide on Aug. 9 at Ingalls Park across from a permanent memorial for the fallen soldiers in Norco, California, where he used to play with his brother, 20-year-old Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui, who died in the blast. Rand Paul condemns FBI for surveilling Americans

Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky lambasted FBI Director Christopher Wray about surveilling Americans during a Thursday Fox News appearance.

“Part of the Democratic republic like we have is allowing dissent and having discussion over government behavior,” Paul told the hosts of “Fox and Friends.” “So, for example, Christopher Wray came to my committee and I asked him, is it appropriate, does it meet the constitutional standard to use a foreign intelligence warrant on a domestic politician such as Trump, on an American? And I indicated to him that I think it’s a lower standard because a FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrant only requires probable cause of a connection to a foreign country or a foreign government, whereas the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution says probable cause of a crime. EXCLUSIVE: Overwhelmed Texas Border Town Funeral Home Refuses Dead Migrants

EAGLE PASS, Texas — A funeral home director closed the doors of his facility to migrants who died while or after illegally crossing the border. The director said his facility is beyond its capacity to deal with the influx of deaths in Maverick County. A U.S. Customs and Border Protection source told Breitbart Texas that the director of Memorial Funeral Home reported his facility is beyond capacity and can no longer accept remains of migrants found in the Rio Grande or on nearby ranches.

On Thursday morning, the funeral home carried out a mass burial of at least ten deceased migrants. The bodies were reportedly unidentified at the time.

Identity documents may be found at a recovery location but cannot be trusted as a sole source. Border Patrol trains agents who specialize in macro photography to gather fingerprints when available. Databases are searched domestically and abroad. When remains are badly decomposed, the Missing Migrant Team searches missing person reports and assists local coroners in obtaining DNA from relatives.

The director said the cancellation of the policy of accepting deceased migrants is effective on Thursday.

The FBI obtained warrants under FISA to monitor communications by Carter Page and other associates of former President Donald Trump during Trump’s successful 2016 campaign for the White House. Special counsel John Durham’s investigation led to an FBI lawyer pleading guilty to charges stemming from altering documents used to obtain the warrant. [ READ MORE ]

Weaponizing the Bureaucracy: Who Will Protect Us from the Government’s Standing Army?

All the assaults on the constitutional framework of the nation have been sold to the public as necessary for national security.

The Veterans Administration (VA) purchased 11 million rounds of ammunition (equivalent to 2,800 rounds for each of their officers), along with camouflage uniforms, riot helmets and shields, specialized image enhancement devices and tactical lighting.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) acquired 4 million rounds of ammunition, in addition to 1,300 guns, including five submachine guns and 189 automatic firearms for its Office of Inspector General.

According to an in-depth report on “The Militarization of the U.S. Executive Agencies,” the Social Security Administration secured 800,000 rounds of ammunition for their special agents, as well as armor and guns.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) owns 600 guns. And the Smithsonian now employs 620-armed “special agents.”

This is how it begins.

We have what the founders feared most: a “standing” or permanent army on American soil.

This de facto standing army is made up of weaponized, militarized, civilian forces which look like, dress like, and act like the military; are armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment; are authorized to make arrests; and are trained in military tactics.

U.N. recruited 110,000 'information warriors' to police internet

Deployed to monitor social media for 'misinformation'

The United Nations recruited 110,000 "digital first responders" during the pandemic to battle "misinformation" on social media platforms and internet forums, according to the global body's communications director.

The U.N.'s Melissa Fleming made the disclosure in an October 2020 episode of a World Economic Forum podcast called "Seeking a Cure for the Infodemic." But Fleming's remarks resurfaced Thursday on Twitter.

"So far, we've recruited 110,000 information volunteers, and we equip these information volunteers with the kind of knowledge about how misinformation spreads and ask them to serve as kind of 'digital first-responders' in those spaces where misinformation travels," she said. [ READ MORE ]

Report: China Routinely Using Psychiatric Hospitals to Torture Dissidents A human rights organization called Safeguard Defenders published a report on Tuesday charging the Chinese Communist Party with using psychiatric hospitals to imprison political dissidents.

(Coming to a country near you)

The report, entitled Drugged and Detained: China’s Psychiatric Prisons, said Chinese officials are “sending petitioners and activists to psychiatric wards for medically unnecessary compulsory treatment.” Some of the victims are left in these facilities for years on end.

Safeguard Defenders researched 99 cases of people imprisoned in psychiatric wards for political reasons, spread across 21 different regions of China. The group said its research was only “the tip of the iceberg” because dictator Xi Jinping has created a “climate of fear” that makes it difficult to interview victims and their families. 1,200 scientists, scholars: 'There is no climate emergency'

'Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions' Led by a Nobel Prize laureate, more than 1,100 scientists and scholars have signed a document declaring climate science is based more on personal beliefs and political agendas than sound, rigorous science.

The World Climate Declaration states climate science "should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific."

"Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures," the declaration reads.

The declaration was organized by Climate Intelligence, an independent policy foundation founded in 2019 by Dutch emeritus professor of geophysics Guus Berkhout and Dutch science journalist Marcel Crok.

Is the revolution won and done?

Exclusive: Mike Pottage asks if rigged elections aren't permanently part of America's future

Could the imposition of a police state by Joe Biden and his handlers mean there will not be another election in America? Perhaps the revolution is complete and the remnants of a free people are being swept away.

Even the most partisan of partisans ought to recognize Team Biden is ruling America as if it had no concern how the Nov. 8 voting will turn out. As the political-prisoner population in the nation's jails expands from ordinary citizens who walked into their Capitol to a former president's residence, it is a reasonable concern.

The socialist revolutionaries either think they can control the outcome of the next election, and thus all future elections, or they intend to seize power in perpetuity, rendering a vote of the people useless. If we all march to the polls to vote the way the government tells us to vote, there really is no election.

‘Superpower in Its Downfall’: China Celebrates Anniversary of Biden Afghanistan Disaster

China’s state-run Global Times took a victory lap on Monday, the one-year anniversary of President Joe Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, hailing the debacle as the death of American “hegemony” and a humiliation the United States will never overcome.

One editorial from the Global Times excitedly claimed the “international community” was permanently turned off by “the U.S.’ irresponsible hasty withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan,” leaving the unfortunate residents of that country to suffer “endless trauma” caused by the botched American occupation.

The Global Times and its stable of “Chinese experts” argued the “Kabul moment” showed that America’s playbook of “democratic transformation” will never work anywhere, the American “strategy of hegemony” is a bust, and while Biden might have thought he was escaping from a quagmire, he instead made the United States perpetually responsible for the misery of the Afghan people.

The Chinese paper trotted out the corrupt former president of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai to complain about the U.S. government’s refusal to unfreeze $7 billion in Afghan foreign exchange reserves.

Biden's climate bill 'doing more to help China's economy than America's'

Could supercharge nation with 'stranglehold' on

The Democrats’ massive climate spending bill, which was signed into law by President Joe Biden on Tuesday, may empower China’s green energy manufacturing while doing little to curb carbon emissions.

The $369 billion package will rapidly accelerate the development and usage of solar, wind and battery power. However, it is likely that a significant portion of green energy manufacturing will take place in China, the world’s top carbon emitter, where fossil fuels are a main source of energy, according to the Energy Information Administration (EIA). On top of this potentially groundbreaking claim, Engelbrecht and Phillips say they are now being targeted by the FBI after attempting to provide the agency with the information in hopes it would look into the company.

Why is FBI withholding crucial video of Jan. 6 pipe bomber?

'This is just one of many absolutely mind-blowing coincidences'

The FBI's refusal to release crucial footage of the planting of a pipe bomb at Democratic National Committee headquarters at the time of the Capitol riot is suspicious in light of the known facts surrounding the incident, argues investigative reporter Darren Beattie. "This is just one of many absolutely mind-blowing coincidences related to the pipe bomb situation," Beattie said in an interview Tuesday night with Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Beattie noted that the pipe bomb that allegedly was placed near a bush just outside an exit door to the DNC building the night before the Jan. 6 riot, wasn't discovered until a pipe bomb at Republican National Committee headquarters was discovered at 12:40 p.m. on Jan. 6, one minute before the breach of the Capitol perimeter.

It's inconceivable, he said, that the DNC pipe bomb would not have been discovered by passersby, DNC security or, at the very least, the Secret Service agents who swept the area in advance of Vice President Kamala Harris' arrival at the building.

"The pipe bomb was placed placed just feet away from an exit to the DNC building, and the Secret Service missed it?" [ READ MORE ]

DHS-FBI brief casts conservatives as 'domestic violent extremists'

American citizens who after the Russia hoax, the Whitmer kidnapping debacle and the burying of the Biden influence-peddling case view the FBI's raid on Donald Trump's estate with skepticism fit the profile of a potential "domestic violent extremist," according to an intelligence bulletin distributed jointly by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.

The Aug. 12 bulletin, obtained by Project Veritas, explains to local law enforcement officials across the nation that the Mar-a-Lago raid has prompted calls for violence against federal law enforcement and government officials. The intent of the bulletin is to assist in "effectively deterring, preventing, preempting, or responding to terrorist attacks against the United States." [ READ MORE ]

DOJ Scrambles to Find Non-Existent Evidence of 'Intent'

Desperation to prevent Trump from becoming the 47th President of the United States. Under pressure from President Biden to find a way to prevent Donald Trump from becoming America’s 47th President of the United States, Attorney General Merrick Garland unleashed an army of FBI agents to scour Mar-a-Lago in search of something, anything that might fill in the enormous gap in DOJ’s case against the former president: The glaring absence of evidence of specific intent needed to bring any charge against former President Trump. While DOJ can snow a grand jury into believing lame evidence credible and succeed in indicting just about anyone (not difficult when the prosecution runs the show unopposed), it cannot be sure of a conviction from a court without evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of the specific intent necessary to prove its case. That evidence rarely exists and proof of it is, indeed, a very tall order. Short of planting evidence or making things up (in other words committing the kind of government corruption and fraud as occurred in the deceitful manipulation of evidence by DOJ and FBI in support of the Russia hoax or, more recently, in the FBI fabricated Whitmer kidnapping plot), DOJ is destined to hit a very high, virtually impenetrable burden of proof that will dash its partisan dreams to pieces.

Watch: CatholicVote Slams Biden’s Inaction on Firebombed Churches

CatholicVote is taking out a seven-figure ad campaign against President Joe Biden, calling out his inaction on protecting churches and other pro-life organizations from leftist violence.

In the weeks since the leak of the draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization — the case that would eventually overturn infamous pro-abortion case Roe v. Wade — churches, pregnancy centers, and other pro-life organizations have been subjected to vandalism and violence from pro-abortion leftists.

CatholicVote has tracked the incidents across the country, finding 70 attacks on Catholic churches since the leak of Dobbs, and 207 since May 2020. Likewise, the group has tracked 64 attacks against pregnancy centers and other pro-life organizations since the Supreme Court leak, calling it the “summer of rage.”

The ad, titled “Churches Burning,” contrasts Biden — America’s second Catholic president — with the nation’s first Catholic president, John F. Kennedy.

Showing footage of firebombed churches during the Kennedy administration, the ad says “when churches were burned, President Kennedy stepped up — condemned it.”

“To burn churches I consider both cowardly as well as outrageous,” the voice of Kennedy says in the ad. “As soon as we are able to find out who did it, we will arrest them.”

The ad points out that “churches are being burned again because they protect unborn babies and women in need.” [ READ MORE ]

Move Over, Hunter Biden

Pelosi takes her investment banker son along

You think Hunter Biden is bad? You’re right, he is. But in the shady-sons-of-the-above-the-law-political-elites sweepstakes, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Absolut) could be giving Old Joe Biden and his crack-addled porn hound a run for their money. Nancy’s son, Paul Pelosi, Jr., who is not a government official or a member of her staff, accompanied her on her recent nail-biting trip to Taiwan, the one that got the People’s Republic all riled up.

Oh, and young Paul happens to be involved in the lithium mining industry; Taiwan is a leading producer of lithium batteries. As with Hunter Biden’s Air Force One trip to Old Joe’s latest vacation, the question must be asked: are the political elites just mocking us now by flaunting their above-the-law status?

On Monday, Fox News’ Jesse Watters blew the whistle on Paul Pelosi, Jr.’s Taiwan trip, noting Paul Pelosi’s name “wasn’t listed as part of the official delegation.” Watters added: “They didn’t want you to know Paul went to Asia with his mom, but if you look closely at the photos, there he is, Pauly P. Jr., about as unqualified as Hunter with all the big dogs there in Asia. He was also caught by foreign photographers in Singapore and Japan.” [ READ MORE ]

Wealthy celebrities including Reese Witherspoon, Khloe Kardashian, Jay-Z, and the rock bands Pearl Jam and Green Day have benefited from government-issued Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans handed out at the height of the coronavirus pandemic — nearly all of which have been forgiven by Uncle Sam, according to a new report from the Daily Mail.

The result is that taxpayers will end up footing the bill for the millions of dollars that businesses associated with the celebrities don’t have to repay.

Reese Witherspoon’s clothing company, Draper James LLC, received $975,472 in the first PPP round to meet payroll and rent. The entire loan has reportedly been forgiven. The Legally Blonde star is worth an estimated $400 million.

Rapper Jay-Z is associated with two companies approved for loans two years ago. Malibu Entertainment is tied to his streaming platform Tidal and received $2,106,398 in order to keep 95 jobs. The loan amount was reportedly forgiven in its entirety.

Jay-Z is estimated to be worth more than a $1 billion.

California Department of Education Advertises Sex Change Operations to Students

The California Department of Education prepared a resource list intended for students, teachers, and families that included multiple clinics that offer sex change surgeries and other medical interventions.

The California Department of Education’s resource list, titled “LGBTQ+ Resources: Region 4 – Bay,” specifically advertises resources in seven different counties in California’s Bay Area. The site, archived here, advertises MarinHealth, a clinic that offers “gender affirmation surgery.” The list of operations they perform includes “top surgery,” phalloplasty, vaginoplasty, breast augmentation, and facial feminization.

The clinic also offers what they refer to as “nonbinary gender affirming surgery,” which includes procedures such as “nullification,” which refers to “the removal of genital structures with preservation of the urethra to allow for voiding of urine.”

There’s also a “penectomy,” which simply removes the penis without attempting to reconstruct female genitalia, and a “phallus-preserving-vaginoplasty,” which MarinHealth defines as a procedure that creates “a fully functional vagina without surgically removing the penis.”

Ron DeSantis: 14-Year-Old Can’t Get a Tattoo but Medical Establishment Pushing Sex Changes for Minors

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Tuesday highlighted the absurdity of the medical establishment as it pushes sex changes for minors, deeming this type of ideology “very, very dangerous.”

“And at the end of the day, if you look what’s happening in our society, you see institutions being infected with ideology at the expense of facts and reality,” DeSantis said on Tuesday after announcing initiatives his administration plans to prioritize in the next legislative session, focusing on recruiting teachers through various means — not simply recruiting individuals who have been subjected to education degrees, which he said have been “taken over by ideology.”

There is a very dangerous trend, the governor explained, of institutions and so-called experts pushing radical ideologies as fact, such as promoting sex changes for minors as the latest example.

“We’re fighting this thing with the with the medical board because, they want to do sex change operations for minors. … A 14-year-old cannot get a tattoo, but somehow …. they will do mastectomies, they will do stuff at the bottom which is very, very problematic and irreversible,” DeSantis said.

“And, you know, these are kids that are going through a growing time in their life. There’s a lot of different factors and most of the dysphoria resolves itself by the time they become adults. So why would you disfigure a minor?” he asked. [ READ MORE ]

EPA gets more than $40 billion to fight 'climate change,' secure 'environmental justice'

The Democrats’ massive climate spending package, which President Joe Biden signed into law on Tuesday, will give over $40 billion to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), just as the bill allocates almost $80 billion to expand the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

The bill, dubbed the Inflation Reduction Act, includes $369 billion in total climate spending, and will give the EPA more than $40 billion in the current fiscal year to combat climate change, enforce environmental standards and secure “environmental justice,” according to a Congressional Research Service report. The EPA’s enacted budget for 2022’s fiscal year was about $9.5 billion, according to the agency figures, meaning the bill will more than quadruple the EPA’s current annual spending.

The IRS will use its $80 billion in new funding to hire 87,000 new agents as well as ramp up auditing and other enforcement mechanisms. Says 'transparency' requires access to details
of 'this horrible and shocking BREAK-IN'

President Donald Trump is demanding the Joe Biden administration release – without censoring – the affidavit used by the FBI to stage a raid on Trump's Florida home, a raid during which a report already has confirmed agents stole Trump's passports.

"There is no way to justify the unannounced RAID of Mar-a-Lago, the home of the 45th President of the United States (who got more votes, by far, than any sitting President in the history of our Country!), by a very large number of gun toting FBI Agents, and the Department of 'Justice,'" Trump said on social media. "But, in the interest of TRANSPARENCY, I call for the immediate release of the completely Unredacted Affidavit pertaining to this horrible and shocking BREAK-IN."

The FBI staged its raid when Trump was not at his home, allegedly in pursuit of presidential documents.

Report: Merrick Garland Waited Weeks to Approve Warrant for Mar-a-Lago Search

Attorney General Merrick Garland reportedly waited weeks to approve the search warrant of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago private residence.

While the establishment media suggested “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons were among the items the FBI” sought in the raid of Mar-a-Lago, it took weeks for Garland to make up his mind on whether to approve the warrant, the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.

After the raid and significant public pressure, the Justice Department filed a motion in court to release the FBI’s property receipt of the 28 inventory items federal agents seized.

Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart agreed to make the search warrant public the next day.

Fatal Bureau of Investigation Marks a Milestone

The struggle against FBI violence is the struggle of memory against forgetting.

As Sen. Ted Cruz recently noted, the FBI is portraying patriotic Americans as violent extremists, a description that could be fairly applied to the FBI itself, particularly the bureau’s leadership. Should that be doubted, consider a case that marks 30 years this month.

Army veteran Randy Weaver believed the world had become corrupt and dangerous, so he chose to be survivalist. In 1983, Weaver built a cabin in the remote Ruby Ridge area of northern Idaho and lived there with his wife Vicky, daughters Sara and Elisheba, son Samuel, and family friend Kevin Harris.

Weaver held anti-government views but was not a member of the Aryan Nations. The federal bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms sought to make Weaver an informant among the group and when Weaver refused he was arrested. This led to a standoff in which U.S. Marshall William Degan and Weaver’s son Samuel, 14, were both killed.

This brought in the FBI, which deployed some 400 heavily armed agents, helicopters, and armored personnel carriers against a single family. The rules of engagement allowed deadly force against any family member seen with a firearm, but in effect it was shoot on sight. Randy Weaver passed away at 74 on May 11, but his 1995 Senate testimony stands the test of time.

IRS Hiring Spree

Biggest expansion of the Police State in American history

The Democrats' new reconciliation bill isn't just going to be the largest-ever expansion of a government agency. It's going to be the largest expansion of the domestic police state in American history. Only a statist could believe that a federal government, which already collects $4.1 trillion every year -- or $12,300 for every citizen -- supposedly needs 80 battalions of new IRS cops.

The average American has less reason to be concerned about cops with guns -- though the IRS is looking for special agents who can "carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary" -- than they do bureaucrats armed with pens who are authorized to sift through their lives. If you pay your taxes you have nothing to worry about, Democrats claim. But most law-abiding citizens know they have something to fear from a state agency that doesn't concern itself with your due process, has no regard for your privacy and is empowered to target anyone it wants without any genuine oversight.

And, please, spare us this nonsense about the IRS expansion focusing exclusively on "high earners." White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre promised that the IRS wouldn't engage in new audits of anyone making under $400,000 -- a claim she has no authority to make and could not possibly predict even if she did. Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy also said that the bill was passed to stop an "epidemic of tax cheating amongst the millionaires and billionaires" and promised that "audit rates won't increase for anyone making under $400K."

This is a lie. [ READ MORE ]

IRS Whistleblower: ‘Billionaires … Laughing’ as Biden Plan Targets Working, Middle Class with Audits

A former lawyer for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), who accused the agency of going after elderly Americans, says President Joe Biden’s “Inflation Reduction Act” will undoubtedly target working and middle class Americans with new IRS audits.

Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act, signed into law on Tuesday, includes $80 billion for new IRS audits on American taxpayers. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that at least $20 billion will be taken from working and middle class Americans earning less than $400,000 a year as a result of the increased IRS audits.

William Henck, a former IRS lawyer, told Fox Business Network that executives at the biggest corporations and billionaires are “sitting back laughing right now” as Biden signs the Inflation Reduction Act.

“The idea that they’re going to open things up and go after these big billionaires and large corporations is quite frankly bulls–t. It’s not going to happen. They’re going to give themselves bonuses and promotions and really nice conferences,” Henck said:

“The big corporations and the billionaires are probably sitting back laughing right now,” he continued. [Emphasis added]...

“There will be considerable incentive to basically to shake down taxpayers, and the advantage the IRS has is they have basically unlimited resources and no accountability, whereas a taxpayer has to weigh the cost of accountants, tax lawyers — fighting something in tax court,” Henck told FOX Business. [Emphasis added]

Billionaires Bill Gates and Tom Steyer have both voiced support for the Inflation Reduction Act, even as the establishment media has admitted the plan will not cut prices for American consumers “anytime soon.”

“They are targeting people that they keep telling us they think are – restaurants and barber shops and so on,” Norquist told “America Reports” guest host Gillian Turner. “That’s their target, and we know this because every single Democrat in the Senate voted against, to defeat an amendment which said this law will not allow any increase in audits on people making less than $400,000 a year.” [ READ MORE ]

'Outrageous and inappropriate': Mike Pompeo, CIA sued for 'spying on Julian Assange's lawyers' 'Violated the most profound privacy rights'

Four individuals connected to notorious whistleblower Julian Assange have filed a lawsuit against the CIA and its former director, Mike Pompeo, Monday for allegedly spying on them while visiting Assange in London.

The plaintiffs, journalists Charles Glass and John Goetz and attorneys Margaret Kunstler and Deborah Hrbek, allege that the agency violated their constitutional right to privacy by accessing information copied from their personal devices between Jan. 2017 and March 2018 at the Ecuadorian embassy in London. Undercover Global, a Spanish cybersecurity company and the third defendant of the lawsuit, allegedly confiscated the plaintiffs’ phones, duplicated the data and provided it to the CIA. Joe Biden’s 2022 Migrant Flood Breaks Records

Another 199,976 economic migrants arrived at the southern border in July, ensuring President Joe Biden’s 2022 migration exceeds the total 2021 numbers, even though August and September numbers have yet to be added.

The government tracks the migrant arrival and inflow data by its “Fiscal Year” calendar, which starts October 1 and ends September 30. The total 2022 number will be known once the August and September numbers are counted.

In all 12 months of fiscal 2021, officials counted 1,734,686 migrants at the border and allowed 671,160 into the United States via various border-law loopholes.

But in the first 10 months of fiscal 2022, border officials have counted 1,946,780 migrants at the border and allowed 1,012,378 economic migrants to seek homes and jobs throughout the United States.

This July, Biden’s deputies admitted 125,403 of the 199,976 arriving migrants. The 2022 admission numbers show a 50 percent jump over 2021, with two months to go. By subscribing, you agree to our terms of use & privacy policy. You will receive email marketing messages from Breitbart News Network to the email you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time. The numbers are flawed. For example, the numbers counted at the border are inflated when rejected migrants repeatedly try to sneak across the border. But the bigger problem is that the government numbers hide the huge inflow of “got-aways” — people who sneak past the few patrol agents and the incomplete border wall along the border. Insiders within the border agencies say the agencies count roughly 40,000 got-aways each month or roughly 500,000 per year. [ READ MORE ]

Mexican Cartel Smugglers Spray Dangerous Chemicals on Migrants to Trick K9 Officers

Cartel-connected human smugglers are using increasingly dangerous and possibly deadly tactics to avoid detection by sniffer dogs. Two approaches involve the use of chemicals and foam sealants to hide human smells in vehicle compartments.

In a recent attempt, U.S. Border Patrol agents in South Texas found migrants fully covered in lime and other cleaning products. The tactic failed. Similar attempts have been made at Texas checkpoints near Falfurrias and Sarita, approximately 80 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico Border. [ READ MORE ]

Exclusive–Wilcox: From the Big Apple to the City of Angels, America’s 10 Most Dangerous Sanctuary Cities

WASHINGTON—New York City has long been considered America’s top big city in terms of population, economy and other factors. Now it has a new distinction as America’s Worst Sanctuary City, based on data compiled by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI).

The Big Apple was the second-worst sanctuary community in IRLI’s last such ranking in 2019. Since then, the city has doubled down on its dangerous sanctuary policies to earn the shameful top position.

These communities have earned their places on this list because of incredibly poor leadership at the city, county and state levels. Data overwhelmingly shows that sanctuary policies lead to more crime, fear and death. The leaders of these communities should not escape accountability for the damage they have caused. Their residents deserve much more.

“Sanctuary policies only provide sanctuary to criminals, not to immigrant communities,” said Tom Homan, IRLI senior fellow and former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). “Immigrant communities don’t want criminals in their neighborhoods either. Victims and witnesses of crime don’t want the offender back in their communities to seek revenge. All communities deserve protection from criminals but sanctuary policies put immigrant communities at greater risk of crime.” [ READ MORE ]

The REAL reason transgender groomers are targeting America's children

David Kupelian explores what's actually behind today's massive LGBT recruitment craze Twitter recently banned the term “groomer” as being “anti-LGBT.” However, “groomer” is precisely the right term to describe those involved in today’s widespread phenomenon of “gender activists” indoctrinating, seducing and flat-out recruiting American children into “identifying” as transgender. This has already led to countless children taking powerful and dangerous drugs, undergoing double mastectomies and chemical-or-surgical castration, resulting – tragically but not surprisingly – in an astronomical suicide rate. How can this possibly be happening in America?

Let’s start at the beginning, by clearly and unequivocally stating out loud today’s forbidden truth: It is literally impossible for a male to become a female, or for a female to become a male. Impossible.

Rick Santorum: FBI raid is another reason for a convention of states

'This is going to become the norm if we don't do something to take power out of Washington'

Former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum called the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago “another example” of why America needs a convention of states to propose constitutional amendments that limit federal power in an interview with the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Only 15 more states are needed to demand a convention that will allow all states to propose and vote on their own amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Santorum, a senior advisor of the Convention of States Project (COS), told the DCNF the FBI’s Aug. 8 raid on Mar-a-Lago is one reason why COS is “so important” so states can limit the powers of the federal government and “restore freedom back to the American public.” [ READ MORE ]

Report: In 3 weeks, states can destroy evidence of 2020 election

'One of the worst events in U.S. history'

A new report at the Gateway Pundit is warning that in only three weeks, states will be allowed to destroy the evidence that the 2020 presidential election was stolen.

And, the report explains, it's time to petition to have that evidence preserved.

It's because of a federal law that requires documentation from the election be kept for 22 months.

"The 2020 election was one of the worst events in U.S. history. It will be remembered as the day the U.S. Constitution was broken and fraudsters stole our election. In less than three weeks all evidence from that election will be destroyed," the report explained.

"The 2020 election was arguably the most damaging event in U.S. history and certainly the most horrific in modern times. The U.S. Constitution was discarded as villainous and power-hungry people planned for and eventually stole the election. Then they worked hard to cover it up." [ READ MORE ]

Trump Team Drops Email Proving FBI Wrongly Seized Passports After Media, DOJ Attempted to Mislead Public with Spin

Donald Trump’s legal team demolished the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) media spin that denied having the former president’s passports in their possession following the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago last week.

On Monday, former President Trump claimed on his social media site TruthSocial that the FBI “stole” his passports during the raid that shook the political world last week.

“In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else,” he said. “This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our Country. Third World!”

As Breitbart News noted, the passports were “not independently itemized on the FBI’s property receipt of the 28 inventory items federal agents seized.”

“The warrant, which Attorney General Merrick Garland says he approved and was signed by Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, did not state that they could take Trump’s passport,” the report noted. “Typically, the government needs a separate court order to seize someone’s passport, even temporarily.”

American Stasi

What police sirens blaring outside Mar-a-Lago really mean

Last Monday's shocking images of police sirens blaring outside Mar-a-Lago, former President Donald Trump's magnificent Palm Beach, Florida, estate, will not soon be forgotten.

Much has already been said and written about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago that precipitated those sirens: "outrageous," "unprecedented," a "crossing of the Rubicon" moment. Regrettably, all of that is true. The siccing of the national law enforcement apparatus to execute a pre-dawn raid on a top partisan rival -- especially when that rival is the head of state's predecessor and perhaps-likely future opponent -- is a contemptible act of raw political bloodlust. It is an act far more befitting a crumbling hellhole like Venezuela, or a third-world country in sub-Saharan Africa, than it is the land that was to be, per Benjamin Franklin's alleged quip, "a republic, if you can keep it."

America, it seems, won the Cold War only to see its own federal law enforcement/national security apparatus morph into a version of the old East German Stasi -- and barely three decades after the fall of the Berlin Wall, to boot. [ READ MORE ]

Biden Puts IRS Funding Ahead of Military and Border Security

Even mayors of sanctuary cities are starting to complain

Everyone should be deeply troubled by the recent report that the Army is on pace to miss its recruiting goal by dozens of thousands of troops and by the report that followed a few days later, alleging that the Border Patrol is running short of agents in Arizona and Texas. The border is so porous these days that even mayors of sanctuary cities are starting to complain about illegal immigration.

So, what is Congress doing about these crises? They are going to spend tens of billions of dollars to increase the number of ... IRS employees. The plan calls for spending some $80 billion to hire some 80,000 new agents and investigators. This will give the IRS the resources to double the number of people who get audited every year.

Is this about the most warped set of national priorities you've ever heard? If this $80 billion were rerouted to the Army and the Border Patrol, we could easily stop much of the tide of illegal immigration and staff up our military so we have the soldiers we need to defend our country.

Internal Radical Service

How the IRS abuses taxpayer dollars to advance leftwing causes illegally and unconstitutionally

On August 7, the Democrats passed a bill that authorizes a ten-year, $80 billion hike in federal funding for the Internal Revenue Service, which will make it possible for the IRS to hire 87,000 new agents and will make it larger than the Pentagon, the State Department, FBI, and Border Patrol combined.

The IRS has already been weaponized as a national federal police force to harass, punish and obstruct conservative and religious organizations. Under President Obama, the IRS blocked the efforts of hundreds of Tea Party and other conservative groups to apply for tax-exempt status. The objective was to prevent those groups – and the millions of voters whom they might potentially have influenced – from having a voice in our democracy.

But this persecution of conservatives is only half the story. Over the years, the IRS has allowed hundreds of billions of tax-payer dollars to fund left-wing tax-exempt foundations violating its own rules, while denying conservative foundations the same access. This has had the effect of creating a lobby within the Democrat Party that has transformed it into a radical force bent on “fundamentally transforming the United States of America."

The IRS violations include providing taxpayer subsidies to Democrat election campaigns; to underwriting Black Lives Matter riots which caused billions of dollars in property damage and led to the deaths of scores of individuals; the Internal Revenue Code's explicit requirement that all charitable activities should “promote the public good”; and the funding of racist policies which violate the Civil Rights Act and the Constitution. 'There's no reason for these shots': CDC's case for vax mandates crumbles

Overwhelming evidence forces government
to walk back its 'guidance'

With new CDC guidelines that essentially acknowledge people who are vaccinated are not protected from infection from COVID-19, attorneys who have filed lawsuits on behalf of military members, students, health-care workers and others argue there is no longer a case for mandates.

Millions have lost their livelihoods and faced exclusion "from everyday life activities and basic medical care" because of "a differentiation that the CDC now admits does not make sense," wrote Michael Senger, an attorney with the New Civil Liberties Alliance, which has filed many cases arguing for the efficacy of natural immunity from infection, Just the News reported. "This implies that mandates based on 2-dose vaccination are now useless" and the case for booster mandates is not much stronger, Yale University epidemiologist Harvey Risch wrote Friday on his Telegram channel.

"This was the only potential compelling interest in vaccine mandates." [ READ MORE ]

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Aug. 30 2021, just as the last U.S. aircraft departed the Kabul airport, that the State Department had identified roughly 100 Americans living in Afghanistan who wished to leave. All This Will Be Fixed In 2024, You Say?

America crossed the Rubicon

With the FBI raid on Donald Trump’s home Monday, America crossed the Rubicon. American history is full of bitter rivalries and even hatreds between individuals and groups, but never before has one faction used the agencies of the U.S. government to hound, persecute, discredit, and destroy the other. On Tuesday morning, however, numerous patriots were expressing hope: Twitter is full of people saying things on the order of “This assures Trump’s nomination” and even “This assures Trump’s victory in 2024.”

But we have just received new evidence that a principal law enforcement arm of the United States government is deeply corrupt and thoroughly politicized, and apparently willing to do anything to find some crime to pin on Donald Trump so as to prevent him from ever becoming again. We have already seen this agency deeply involved in efforts to frame Trump as colluding with Russia. It’s entirely possible and even likely that we will soon see Trump indicted and even imprisoned. In light of all that, how can anyone be confident that there will even be a free and fair 2024 election? [ READ MORE ]

Hunter laptop repairman: FBI agent threatened me to hush up

'It is our experience that nothing ever happens to people
that don't talk'

Already, it seems the FBI would like evidence that the president of the United States is profiting from a global family business granting Chinese Communist Party firms and Russian oligarchs access to the White House to just go away.

Whistleblowers, it recently was revealed, allege FBI officials tried to quash an investigation of the laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden at a Delaware repair shop. And the shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, says he gave a copy of the contents of the laptop to Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani eight months after handing it over to the FBI because it appeared that nothing was being done about it.

Now, in a new book, Isaac says one of the FBI agents who came to pick up the laptop in December 2019 threatened him to stay silent.

In "American Injustice: My Battle to Expose the Truth," Isaac writes that the agents came with a subpoena two months after he had volunteered to hand over the computer, reports the New York Post’s Miranda Devine, who broke the blockbuster stories about the laptop’s contents just weeks before the November 2020 election. 'You see a lot of dead people': Migrants bused to D.C. reveal horrors

'Situation is critical, there is nothing, we don't have anything. There are no jobs, there is no food'

WASHINGTON, D.C. — I arrived at Union Station at 5:30 a.m. and there were only a few people around, including a mother and her 12-year-old son from the Dominican Republic, who had crossed the border days before. Busted! FBI caught undercounting armed Americans who stop mass killers

'So much of our public understanding is malformed
by this single agency'

The shooting that killed three people and injured another at a Greenwood, Indiana, mall on July 17 drew broad national attention because of how it ended – when 22-year-old Elisjsha Dicken, carrying a licensed handgun, fatally shot the attacker.

While Dicken was praised for his courage and skill – squeezing off his first shot 15 seconds after the attack began, from a distance of 40 yards – much of the news coverage drew from FBI-approved statistics to assert that armed citizens almost never stop such attackers: “Rare in US for an active shooter to be stopped by bystander” (Associated Press); “Rampage in Indiana a rare instance of armed civilian ending mass shooting” (Washington Post); and “After Indiana mall shooting, one hero but no lasting solution to gun violence” (New York Times).

Evidence compiled by the organization I run, the Crime Prevention Research Center, and others suggest that the FBI undercounts by an order of more than three the number of instances in which armed citizens have thwarted such attacks, saving untold numbers of lives. Although those many news stories about the Greenwood shooting also suggested that the defensive use of guns might endanger others, there is no evidence that these acts have harmed innocent victims.

“So much of our public understanding of this issue is malformed by this single agency,” notes Theo Wold, former acting assistant attorney general in the U.S. Department of Justice. "When the Bureau gets it so systematically – and persistently – wrong, the cascading effect is incredibly deleterious. The FBI exerts considerable influence over state and local law enforcement and policymakers at all levels of government.” [ READ MORE ]

2024 election being rigged 'right now in plain sight'

The Federalist editor warns of nefarious goings-on that threaten democracy

The results of the 2020 presidential election may not have been changed from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden by blatant vote fraud – voters casting ballots in the names of neighbors or dead people – so much as it was impacted by being rigged.

WND reported when senior legal correspondent Margot Cleveland of The Federalist explained that factors included "every illegal drop box placed in Democrat-heavy precincts," "when the Pennsylvania legislature unconstitutionally authorized no-excuse absentee voting and when Philadelphia clerks illegally inspected ballots and then told Democrat activists which voters needed to cure their ballots for their votes to count," and when "Wisconsin election officials ignored the state election code, telling voters they were 'indefinitely confined' because of COVID and that nursing homes could ignore Wisconsin’s requirement that special voting deputies oversee elections in residential facilities."

And that was just the beginning of her list.

Artificial Intelligence: A Secular Look At The Digital Antichrist

AI governance is an inevitability according to globalist institutions – They claim that one day Artificial Intelligence will be used to govern whole societies and dole out punishment based on scientifically efficient models. They act as if this is just the natural path of mankind and one we cannot avoid, but in reality it is a self-fulfilling prophesy. It’s not necessarily meant to happen, it is being engineered to happen.

Imagine a world micro-managed by a cold dead algorithm that views you as only one of two things: A resource or a threat.

Why do globalists have a deep rooted obsession with Artificial Intelligence (AI)? What is it about the fervent quest for an autonomous digitized brain that sends them into fits of ecstasy? Is it all about what AI can do for them and their agenda, or, is there also a darker “occult” element to the concept that is so appealing?

The World Economic Forum, an organization dedicated to the globalist “Great Reset” agenda, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the “Shared Economy,” dedicates a large portion of every annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland to discussion on AI and the expansion of its influence over daily life.

The United Nations holds extensive policy sessions on AI and has been spending a considerable amount of energy to establish “ethics rules” for the development and use of Artificial Intelligence. At the core of the UN’s efforts is the assertion that only the UN is qualified to dictate and control AI technologies; for the good of all mankind, of course. AI governance is slated to go into full effect by 2030 according to the UN’s own white papers (All globalist institutions have set 2030 as the target date for all of their projects).

“They Could Have Had Whatever They Wanted”: Trump Responds After Garland Statement on FBI Raid

Justice Dept. executed raid despite Trump team's full cooperation during previous interactions, former president states.

'My attorneys and representatives were cooperating fully, and very good relationships had been established.'

Donald Trump would gladly have turned over additional documents during previous interactions with the Justice Department prior to Monday’s raid on Mar-a-Lago, the former president wrote on social media.

On Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed the FBI had sought “less-intrusive means as an alternative to a search” prior to Monday’s pre-dawn raid, however President Trump shot back that he’d already handed over requested docs and said he’d been nothing but cooperative.

The biggest expansion of the police state in U.S. history

David Harsanyi asks why the administration 'supposedly needs 80 battalions of new IRS cops'

The Democrats' new reconciliation bill isn't just going to be the largest-ever expansion of a government agency. It's going to be the largest expansion of the domestic police state in American history. Only a statist could believe that a federal government, which already collects $4.1 trillion every year – or $12,300 for every citizen – supposedly needs 80 battalions of new IRS cops.

The average American has less reason to be concerned about cops with guns – though the IRS is looking for special agents who can "carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary" – than they do bureaucrats armed with pens who are authorized to sift through their lives. [Editor's note: The agency has since reportedly dropped the firearm requirement after an uproar.] If you pay your taxes, you have nothing to worry about, Democrats claim. But most law-abiding citizens know they have something to fear from a state agency that doesn't concern itself with your due process, has no regard for your privacy and is empowered to target anyone it wants without any genuine oversight. FBI Raid Took Place Days After Historians Warned Joe Biden of Another Civil War

The FBI raid on former President Donald Trump took place just days after historians met with President Joe Biden last week, reportedly warning him of a looming civil war.

On August 4, several historians met with Biden at the White House warning him that America was facing divisions similar to that of the years before the Civil War before the 1860 election, according to The Washington Post.

The group of historians included historian Jon Meacham, journalist Anne Applebaum, Princeton professor Sean Wilentz, University of Virginia historian Allida Black and presidential historian Michael Beschloss, according to the reports. [ READ MORE ]

The alleged actions are "scandalous," said Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, in light of the Biden administration's effort to frame domestic violent extremism as America’s "greatest threat," reported Breitbart News.

Which Americans are most likely to be audited by IRS under 'Inflation Reduction Act?'

313,000 people making less than $25,000 a year in bull's-eye

Tax audits for middle-class Americans would skyrocket with final passage of the Inflation Reduction Act, predicts a congressman who focuses on the federal budget and helped craft the Trump tax cuts.

Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, ranking member of the House Ways and Means Committee, says he expects a surge in tax audits by the Internal Revenue Service as a result of Democrats’ bill, which passed through the Senate on Sunday after Vice President Kamala Harris cast a tie-breaking vote.

The spending plan would allocate $80 billion for the IRS—over six times the agency’s current budget. Much of this money would pay for 87,000 new IRS agents to enforce the tax code.

Records: Liz Cheney’s Net Worth Ballooned as Much as 600 Percent During Her Time in Office

Rep. Liz Cheney’s (R-WY) net worth ballooned from an estimated $7 million when she first took office in 2017 to possibly more than $44 million in 2020, according to analysis from the Center for Responsive Politics and her most recent

During Cheney’s first term in office, from 2017 to 2018, her net worth grew from the 71st ($7,036,013) to the 24th ($14,710,513) wealthiest member in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Center for Responsive Politics analysis shows. [ READ MORE ]

What happened the last time Biden had billions to blow on the green agenda?

Remember the Solyndra 'fiasco'?

The passage of the Democrats’ $369 billion climate package will allow President Joe Biden to pour billions of taxpayer money into green energy infrastructure and climate change prevention; despite the failure to effectively administer billions in green funds when he was vice-president during the Obama administration.

The ‘American Recovery and Reinvestment Act’, passed in 2009 during President Barack Obama’s first term, included $90 billion for similar environmental measures, according to White House archives. Then-Vice President Biden was placed in charge of overseeing the Recovery Act’s funds, which did not lead to development but instead the loss of massive sums of taxpayer money, according to Biden’s campaign website.

“As the architect of the Solyndra fiasco, it’s clear Joe Biden’s record on managing energy dollars is abysmal,” Larry Behrens, communications director of Power The Future, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. [ READ MORE ]

The rot at DOJ runs deep

Exclusive: Jack Cashill spotlights kid-glove treatment of Sandy Berger after he destroyed documents

Having watched the Department of Justice in action these last 20 or so years, I see the raid on Mar-a-Lago as unprecedented only in its conspicuousness.

After Al Gore's bitter loss in 2000, Democrats across the board have dedicated themselves to bureaucratic sedition, enabled by an equally embittered and increasingly imbalanced media.

The FBI and the Department of Justice, which oversees the FBI, are riddled with leftist careerists, many of them in key positions. The symptoms of rot have been hard to avoid since at least 2004.

That was the year the exploits of former Clinton national security adviser Sandy Berger first surfaced. In the act of reviewing documents before his 9/11 Commission testimony, Berger did some things that would have put you or me in prison.

He swiped some highly classified documents, and then, during a break, stashed them under a trailer at a construction site. He retrieved them at the end of the day and admittedly used scissors to cut the documents into little pieces before throwing them away. [ READ MORE ]

Harari’s remarks were made in an interview with Chris Anderson, the head of TED, published on Tuesday. Repression, Terror, Fear: The Government Wants to Silence the Opposition

We are moving fast down that slippery slope to an authoritarian society in which the only opinions, ideas and speech expressed are the ones permitted by the government and its
corporate cohorts.

In the wake of the Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol, “domestic terrorism” has become the new poster child for expanding the government’s powers at the expense of civil liberties.
“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear.” — President Harry S. Truman

Militarized police. Riot squads. Camouflage gear. Black uniforms. Armored vehicles. Mass arrests. Pepper spray. Tear gas. Batons. Strip searches. Surveillance cameras. Kevlar vests. Drones. Lethal weapons. Less-than-lethal weapons unleashed with deadly force. Rubber bullets. Water cannons. Stun grenades. Arrests of journalists. Crowd control tactics. Intimidation tactics. Brutality. Lockdowns.

This is not the language of freedom. This is not even the language of law and order.

This is the language of force.

End of the Republic

With the FBI raid on Trump’s home, America
has fallen into the abyss.

When the FBI raided Donald Trump’s home on Monday, a key aspect of what made the United States of America great and free has been lost, and likely cannot be recovered. John Adams and Thomas Jefferson detested one another for years before their eventual reconciliation, but neither one used the agencies of the U.S. government to hound, persecute or discredit the other. Other bitter political opponents throughout the history of the republic have never before used the government’s own mechanisms of justice to do injustice to their foes. Joe Biden, Merrick Garland and their henchmen have brought America to a new phase of its history, and it is not likely to be one that is marked by respect for the rule of law or defense of the rights of individual citizens. Instead, we are entering an ugly age of authoritarianism, in which the brute force of the state is used to bend the people to the will of the tyrant.

An American company called UniEnergy developed revolutionary battery technology that could theoretically allow a house to be powered by solar energy.

The company that made this breakthrough ten years ago is dead and gone because the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) inexplicably gave its tech to China while preventing American companies from manufacturing it.

The astounding saga of UniEnergy and its vanadium redox flow batteries was told by National Public Radio (NPR) last week. The story began with government researchers developing a mixture of fluids that could store almost twice as much energy as existing battery technology, with very little degradation over long periods of time.

This was a crucial attribute for next-generation battery technology since the high cost of replacing degraded batteries is a major hurdle to the widespread adoption of large battery-powered equipment like electric vehicles. High-capacity and durable batteries, in turn, are essential to solar power designs because power must be stored to cover periods when the solar panels are not receiving enough sunlight.

With six years of effort and $15 million in U.S. taxpayer funding, researchers created a high-powered battery using vanadium that could last for up to 30 years. The lead scientist on the project, Gary Yang, secured a license from DOE to manufacture the batteries in 2012 and established UniEnergy Technologies. [ READ MORE ]

The Agenda Behind Climate Change Catastrophism

Democrats on Capitol Hill are pressuring the Biden administration to declare a climate emergency, voicing their doomsday predictions that without immediate action to curb and ultimately end our dependence on fossil fuels, “the planet” and, by implication, every living creature that inhabits it, will die. “If we don’t really begin to lower emissions, this planet has no chance,” said Representative Alan Lowenthal, a California Democrat. “We have a few years left and that’s it. The planet is dying.” This dire assessment and apocalyptic warning echoes Al Gore’s 2006 book and documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, and his subsequent statements that climate inaction would cause the complete summertime meltdown of the North Pole ice by 2013.

Even though such ridiculous predictions as Gore’s have been put forth and have been proven false, it appears that, thanks to the rise of “stakeholder capitalism” and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Index, climate change catastrophism’s heyday has finally arrived. It becomes necessary, therefore, to address it directly. This does not necessarily mean readjudicating the climate change science, since others have done well to subject the narrative to withering critique and debunking. Critics have raised the following issues with climate change catastrophism. [ READ MORE ]

FDA will make monkeypox vaccine available to kids despite no testing

DeSantis charges emergency declarations aim 'to sow fear into the population'

Health officials have acknowledged that the monkeypox outbreak is driven by sexual activity between men, but the FDA is allowing doctors to administer the vaccine to children under 18 on a case-by-case basis.

And with the declaration Thursday by the Biden administration that the outbreak is a public health emergency, the FDA could issue emergency use authorization for children to receive the JYNNEOS vaccine, which is licensed for use against smallpox, note Children's Health Defense, the vaccine-injury-awareness group founded by Robert F. Cruz Rips Democrat Inflation Reduction Act — ‘A Massive Power Grab’

In an interview on Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) slammed the $700 billion Inflation Reduction Act, a scaled-down iteration of the
Build Back Better Act.

Cruz told host Maria Bartiromo that the legislation was “terrible” and a “massive power grab” by the Democrats because it would raise gas prices and double the size of the Internal Revenue Service.

“The Democrats are on the verge of ramming through what really is a terrible bill,” Cruz warned prior to the bill’s passage. “This bill will hammer manufacturing. It will kill manufacturing jobs in this country. It will hammer small businesses. This bill will drive up gas prices. It has billions in new taxes on U.S. oil and gas production. We introduced amendments trying to take those new taxes out, so all the Democrats say they’re worried and want to lower gas prices — they all just voted to raise gas taxes and to raise your price at the pump.”

“This bill creates 87,000 new IRS agents,” he continued. “It doubles the size of the IRS. Those IRS agents are designed to come after you. They’re not designed to come after the billionaires and the big corporations. They’re designed to come after small businesses and working families across this country. The Democrats are making the IRS bigger than the Pentagon, plus the Department of State, plus the FBI, plus the Border Patrol combined. The IRS is going to be bigger. This is a massive power grab.”

'Crush anyone that opposes our belief': Leftists weaponize 'marriage' definition

Faithful would become targets of federal government

Leftists left aghast by the loss, through a Supreme Court ruling, of their cherished federal "right" to abortion now are turning to marriage as the next battleground on which they plan to "drive Christians out of the public square," according to a Republican senator.

A recent episode of "Washington Watch with Tony Perkins" featured Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., and a report at Washington Stand explained his decision to oppose a Democrat agenda point to redefine marriage nationwide.

That will be used, he warned, as a weapon to take Christians out of any position of influence.

Included would be open marriages, those involving a minor, or "any other new marriage definition that a state chooses to adopt." [ READ MORE ]

"Today we face the greatest danger we have ever faced," said Scott in a speech at the Dallas, Texas, meeting of the Conservative Political Action Conference, known as CPAC.

Michael Yon to Jordan Peterson: Globalists Are Driving ‘Pandemic, Famine, War’ —
‘Triangle of Death’

Michael Yon, a photojournalist specializing in war and a retired U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, warned Jordan Peterson of a growing “triangle of death” driven by globalist machinations: pandemics, famines, and wars.

In an interview with Peterson published last week, Yon used a neologism he coined — “PanFaWar” — synthesizing “pandemic,” “famine,” and “war” into one term. The three phenomena, he said, are mutually reinforcing and often occur as a package.

“Let’s talk about PanFaWar: pandemic, famine, war,” Yon stated. “The triangle of death. They always go together. If you get a big war or a big pandemic or a big famine, you’ll get the other two. If you get one, you get the other two. It’s three musketeers, and all of these things, any one of them creates the human osmotic pressure. So these things go together.”

Gaetz: Biden, Democrats Weaponizing the IRS Against Americans

Thursday on FNC’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) warned efforts to bolster the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) was an effort by the Biden administration and Democrats to “weaponize” the government against its people.

The Florida Republican congressman said that paired with Democrats’ opposition to firearms, had prompted him to propose legislation. “Well, Joe Biden is raising taxes, disarming Americans, so of course, they are arming up the IRS like they’re preparing to take Fallujah,” he said. “Like you mentioned, five million rounds of ammunition, 4,500 firearms, automatic weapons, and $731,000 of taxpayer money spent this year to quite literally weaponize your government against you.” [ READ MORE ]

The Bureaucracy’s Democrat Majority Made America a One-Party Government Six out of ten federal employees supported Biden.

When former President Trump, Gov. DeSantis, and Senator Ted Cruz, among others, endorsed rolling back the power of bureaucrats and their administrative state, Democrats panicked.

Senator Dianne Feinstein and Hillary's former running mate, Senator Tim Kaine, introduced a countermeasure which they called, "Preventing a Patronage System Act" according to Kaine, to "protect the merit-based hiring system for our federal workforce".

Media editorialists claimed that making it easier to get rid of federal employees would bring back patronage or the spoils system. The problem is that patronage never left.

We have spent generations living under a permanent patronage system. The spoils system, as bad as it was, kept one party from permanently packing its supporters into the government. Removing it just meant that the Democrats have permanently packed the federal bureaucracy.

That’s how America became a one-party government at the federal level in Washington D.C. Politicians of both parties come and go, but it’s the Democrat bureaucrats who call the shots.

Supply Chain Problems Will Persist Because The System Is Being Sabotaged

The globalist dynamic of interdependency is a disaster waiting to happen, and now it’s happening. The “Great Reset” agenda of the WEF, IMF, the BIS and other globalist organizations requires an extensive destabilization of the existing order. In other words, they need a controlled demolition of certain pillars of the economy.

The war in Ukraine has been the go-to scapegoat the past few months for supply chain disruptions, but these issues started long before that. Years of central bank stimulus and fiat money creation have triggered the inevitable landslide of inflation/stagflation that alternative economists have been warning about.

In a recent interview with Bloomberg, the executive vice president of UPS asserted that “regionalization” of the supply chain is critical to economic stability as geopolitcal conflicts expand. The word “regionalization” is basically a code word to describe decentralization, a concept which the UPS representative obviously did not want to dive into directly. Almost every trade expert and industry insider is admitting that supply chain problems are going to persist into the foreseeable future, and some are starting to also admit (in a roundabout way) that localized production and trade models are the key to survival.

This is something that I and many other alternative economists have been talking about for a decade or more. The globalist dynamic of interdependency is a disaster waiting to happen, and now it’s happening. Without decentralized mining of raw materials, local manufacturing, locally sourced goods, local food production and locally integrated trade networks there can be no true stability. All it takes for the system to implode is one or two crisis events and the economy’s ability to meet public demand stagnates. The system doesn’t completely stop, but it does slowly shrivel and degrade.

The war in Ukraine has been the go-to scapegoat the past few months for supply chain disruptions, but these issues started long before that. Years of central bank stimulus and fiat money creation have triggered the inevitable landslide of inflation/stagflation that alternative economists have been warning about. [ READ MORE ]

The Great Reset at Work: The Dystopian Transformation of the Food Industry

Fresh off destroying the agricultural economy of Sri Lanka, the Great Reset crowd now is urging people to eat insects in order to combat the food shortages that the self-appointed elites have caused Coercive Covid-19 lockdown measures, vaccine mandates, the transition to green energy, and poorly thought out Western sanctions against Russia have all played significant roles in disrupting global food markets and supply chains. In May 2022, data from the UN Food and Agriculture Organization indicated that, relative to twelve months ago, “international wheat prices have increased 56 percent,” “cereal prices are up nearly 30 percent,” and “vegetable oils are 45 percent higher.” The World Bank expects many people to be pushed into extreme poverty and to experience food insecurity on account of higher prices for both food and farm inputs, particularly in nations that import most of their needs in these areas. More specifically, it notes that “the war in Ukraine has altered global patterns of trade, production, and consumption of commodities in ways that will keep prices at historically high levels through the end of 2024 exacerbating food insecurity and inflation.” Meanwhile, Bayer, “an international chemicals, agricultural and healthcare group,” projects that “food insecuritywill affect up to 1.9 billion people by November 2022—mainly caused by the war in Ukraine and further accelerated by climate change and COVID-19,” which could possibly lead to a “hurricane of hunger.”

Whistleblower: Nearly 400 Afghans Listed as ‘Potential Threats’ Resettled Across U.S. by Biden’s Agencies

President Joe Biden’s federal agencies knowingly resettled almost 400 Afghans listed as “potential threats to national security” across the United States over the last year,
a whistleblower alleges.

Following the U.S. Armed Forces’ withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021, Biden opened a refugee and parole pipeline for tens of thousands of Afghans to be flown quickly into American communities without being screened or interviewed in person beforehand.

With the help of Republicans and Democrats in Congress, Biden has resettled more than 85,000 Afghans across 46 states since mid-August 2021 and plans to continue resettling tens of thousands of Afghans this year.

Now a whistleblower has come forward to allege that Biden’s agencies not only admitted to the U.S. hundreds of Afghans they knew were listed in federal “watch list” databases as national security threats, but also urged staff to cut corners in the vetting process.

The allegations were revealed in a letter from Sens. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) to the Department of Defense Inspector General. They wrote: [ READ MORE ]

Climate change proposals putting American food supply at risk, says dairy farmer

Climate initiatives and a push for plant-based food are fostering anti-farm sentiment, Nash says

The U.S. Department of State on Tuesday warned American citizens overseas of an increased threat of “anti-American violence” following the announcement this week that an American airstrike had eliminated al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri, Al Arabiya reported on Wednesday.

Washington issued the warning to U.S. embassies and consulates on August 2 as part of a “Worldwide Caution” notice. The U.S. State Department last updated its Worldwide Caution notice on January 15, 2019, demonstrating the significance of Tuesday’s announcement.

“Following al-Zawahiri’s death, supporters of al- Qa’ida, or its affiliated terrorist organizations, may seek to attack U.S. facilities, personnel, or citizens,” the press release read, in part.

The State Department said that it “believes there is a higher potential for anti-American violence given the death of Ayman al-Zawahiri on July 31, 2022.”

“Current information suggests that terrorist organizations continue to plan terrorist attacks against U.S. interests in multiple regions across the globe. Democrats are turbo-charging the IRS to go after the middle class 'Because that's where the money is'

The reconciliation package proposed by Democratic Sens. Joe Manchin and Chuck Schumer includes $80 billion in new funding for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that will allow the agency to set its sights on middle-class Americans.

Increases in IRS funding are laid out in Section 10301 of the 725 page “Inflation Reduction Act.” and the lion’s share of the funding — $45.6 billion — is earmarked for “enforcement,” including “litigation,” “criminal investigations,” “investigative technology,” and “digital asset monitoring.” Proponents argue that the funding will allow the IRS to bring in more than $200 billion in additional revenue from those under-reporting income, but skeptics like the Wall Street Journal editorial board argue that much of this funding will come straight out of middle-class and upper middle-class Americans’ wallets “because that’s where the money is.”

The Three I’s of a Police State Education: Indoctrination, Intimidation & Intolerance

Instead of making the schools safer, government officials are making them more authoritarian.

On any given day when school is in session, kids who “act up” in class are pinned facedown on the floor, locked in dark closets, tied up with straps, bungee cords and duct tape, handcuffed, leg shackled, tasered or otherwise restrained, immobilized or placed in solitary confinement in order to bring them under “control.”

This is what it means to go back-to-school in America today. Instead of making the schools safer, government officials are making them more authoritarian. Instead of raising up a generation of civic-minded citizens with critical thinking skills, government officials are churning out compliant drones who know little to nothing about their history or their freedoms. My List of Studies and Data Showing the COVID-19 Vaccine is Deadly Why it's the worst health care disaster in history.

Two remarkable things happened last week.

First, I wrote a column about my own personal COVID-19 vaccine death and disease cluster. I wrote about my wedding on Nov. 21, 2021, to the beautiful Cindy Parker Root. We're still in our honeymoon year as that was only eight months ago. But a strange and tragic thing has happened since that date. Thirty-three people that my bride Cindy and I know have either "died suddenly" or have suffered severe health issues.

Thirty-three. That is a remarkable number. That is an unimaginable number. That is an impossible number. That is a one-in-a-billion number. Even more remarkable, I did my research and found out all 33 have had the COVID-19 vaccine. Yet since that same date eight months ago, not one person we know who is unvaccinated has either died or gotten seriously ill. Quite a case study. Quite a damning cluster of death and disease for one group: the vaccinated.

I hate to be harsh, but if you see that story and don't believe something is very wrong... don't suspect the COVID-19 vaccine is dangerous and deadly... don't demand an investigation... don't have questions... or still trust anything the government, President Joe Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or your own doctor says about the COVID-19 vaccine... you're a brain-dead sheep.

Jan. 6 protester's wife warns America against 'corrupt, evil politicians'

'One day the FBI is going to come in and tell you you are now a domestic terrorist'

The wife of one of the Jan. 6 protesters who was convicted of being at the rally that ended up with some people rioting at the U.S. Capitol is warning the nation against the "corrupt, evil politicians" now in Washington.

The comments come from Nicole Reffitt, whose husband, Guy Reffitt, was sentenced to 87 months in prison for being at the rally that day. He didn't go into the Capitol, and he committed no violence, but the Democrat agenda in Washington has been to prosecute all protesters as if they were among the worst criminals in the system.

Nicole Reffitt said, after her husband was sentenced, "We didn’t expect anything more from the two-tiered justice system here in the DC area. There’s not going to be a 1-6er who will not be persecuted for their political ideology. No matter if you’re a liberal, and independent, a Republican, this is not OK.

"The way that people protest in the future will be determined on their political ideology, if it’s OK to charge them or not to charge them… He went that day because the United States is the last great stand we have. And if we allow our country to be driven into the ground by the corrupt, evil politicians here in this city, one day at your kitchen table the FBI is going to come in and tell you that you stood up at the school board meeting and you are now a domestic terrorist.

"So wake up America. This isn’t just about Guy Weley Reffitt. This isn’t just about 1-6. This is about our liberties being stomped on." [ READ MORE ]

Whistleblowers: Biden’s FBI ‘Pressured & Incentivized’ Agents to Classify Cases As Domestic Violent Extremism

If the feds want to find some criminals,
they should start with their own offices.

We all know that “white supremacists,” also known as “domestic violent extremists,” are the biggest terror threat the nation faces today; after all, Old Joe Biden, Gestapo chief Merrick Garland, and the FBI have told us so, and they wouldn’t lie to us, now, would they? In November 2021, FBI and Homeland Security Department officials increased investigations of “domestic extremists,” reiterating the claim that they are today’s foremost terror threat. The only thing lacking in this scenario has been actual white supremacist terrorists in any significant numbers.

Whistleblowers have revealed, however, that Old Joe’s pure-as-the-driven-snow FBI has been hard at work to make up for this deficiency, pressuring agents to classify cases as “domestic violent extremism” (DVE) when they aren’t, and rewarding them when they do. That’s how you create a white supremacist terror threat.

This revelation came in a letter that Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) sent Wednesday to FBI top dog Christopher Wray, informing Wray that the House Judiciary Committee continues to “get information from whistleblowers about ‘disturbing conduct at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.’” [ READ MORE ]
